  2. Submit your home through the internet & Office Link.
  3. Submit copies of information on your home to our company sales personnel for their waiting buyers.
  4. Submit information on your home to the realtor's updated Newsletter.
  5. Promote your home at all Century 21 Masters sales meetings.
  6. Have professional flyers made listing the amenities of your home.
  7. Suggest and advise you of any changes you might want to make in your property to make it even more marketable to the buyer.
  8. Update you as to any changes you might want to make based on feedback from other real estate agents.
  9. Add additional exposure through a professional Sign and Lockbox.
  10. Submit to Century 21 Masters advertising department.
  11. Pre-qualify all prospective buyers.
  12. Make you completely aware of various methods of financing that your buyer may want to use.
  13. Continuously call homeowners in your surrounding area advertising your home.
  14. Follow-up on all salespeople that have shown your home for their feedback.
  15. Assist you in arranging interim financing, if necessary, for your move.
  16. Provide you a copy of your Multiple Listing for your review.
  17. Represent you at the presentation of all contracts by cooperating brokers and assist in negotiating the best possible price and terms for your sale.
  18. Follow-up and keep you informed, after the contract has been accepted, on all mortgage, title, and other closing procedures, through my team coordinator.
  19. Deliver your check at closing.
